We are seeking a Lead Designer / Senior Creative to strengthen our studio, shape our output, and drive major projects with strategic insight and hands-on craft. You will mentor juniors and collaborate across disciplines to deliver distinctive work.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years' experience leading creative pitches and delivering projects.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into coherent identities and systems.
• Strong design craft with portfolio of strategic, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative pitches from concept to client presentation.
• Develop concepts, brand identities, design systems and campaigns.
• Direct projects from brief to delivery, independently or with a team.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, photographers and production partners.
