Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Banking, Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in loan servicing, loan administration or commercial real estate finance.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage servicing and administration of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans across the UK and Continental Europe.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members.
• Monitor loan performance and escalate risks as needed.
• Lead onboarding of new loan transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with Asset Managers, Borrowers, Lenders and Auditors.
