Job summary
Lloyds Banking Group in London (hybrid) is seeking an Associate Director to join the Loan Servicing team, focusing on a portfolio of long-dated Corporate Real Estate loans. You will collaborate with lenders, Coverage, Execution and Credit Risk teams, and external advisers to maintain performance and deliver clear reporting.
You will lead credit paper prep, perform financial and credit analysis, monitor risks, and support deal delivery.
Qualifications
- 3+ years credit experience within Corporate Real Estate.
- Experience engaging personally with clients in a Corporate Real Estate lending and credit environment.
- Experience owning the preparation of credit papers, with a sound understanding of Loan Market Association documentation
- Experience supporting complex loan lifecycle events, including material waivers, amendments and renewals
Responsibilities
- Support portfolio management of long-dated Corporate Real Estate loans.
- Lead preparation of credit papers and financial analyses.
- Engage with clients and internal teams to deliver deal execution.
- Monitor risks and reporting for portfolio performance.
