Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in investment management or financial services technology.
• Substantial hands-on experience with Charles River Development (CRD/CRIMS).
• Proven track record delivering multiple CRD implementations or major platform initiatives.
• Deep understanding of investment management workflows and operating models.
• Strong experience with asset managers, wealth managers, banks, or financial services firms.
• Ability to work independently as a senior functional expert and delivery lead.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Charles River implementations, upgrades, migrations, and platform transformations.
• Apply knowledge of CRD/CRIMS to assess client requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Work with clients to interpret complex business processes into CRD solutions.
• Provide functional expertise across order management, portfolio management, trading, compliance, and operations.
• Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
• Act as SME to delivery teams and mentor junior consultants.
