Job summary

Charles River Development, part of State Street, seeks a Post Production Support Specialist to support CRIMS post go-live, defining client needs, configuring the system, training users and resolving issues. You will coordinate with CRD/Alpha teams and advise on best practices across Front, Middle and Back Office modules.

The role requires 3–5+ years in financial tech, strong SQL knowledge, and solid customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience implementing or supporting financial solutions.
Experience in banks, hedge funds, asset managers or wealth management firms is valuable.
Hands-on experience with investment management software, preferably order management and compliance systems.
Knowledge of fixed income, equity instruments, derivatives and FX workflows.

Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate requirements and provide product guidance post go-live.
Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and functionality; advise on best practices.
Evaluate customer requirements for enhancements and document improvements.
Maintain a client issues list and status reporting.
Train users on existing workflows.
Gather requirements for new asset classes and liaise with Professional Services to assign resources.
Contribute to software quality by reporting defects clearly and validating fixes.
Communicate plans and issues to clients and team in a clear, concise manner.
