Job summary

Isio is seeking a qualified ACA/CA/ACCA accountant with employer covenant advisory experience to join our Covenant Solutions team. You will advise on corporate events, run complex financial analyses, and support growth plans across pension schemes.

You will build a portfolio of trustee and sponsor clients, assess covenant impacts of restructurings, and contribute to market-facing initiatives while collaborating with actuarial and investment specialists.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CA/ACCA accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in employer covenant and/or transaction/restructuring advisory.
• Strong financial analysis, report writing and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of pension trustee advisory clients.
• Analyze employer covenant assessments and provide integrated risk management.
• Assess impact of corporate activity on employer covenant and mitigation options.
• Support business development and external marketing initiatives.
