Job summary

Isio is seeking a qualified accountant with employer covenant advisory experience to join our Covenant Solutions team in the UK. The role focuses on assessing employer covenant and advising on M&A, restructuring, and insolvency analysis, delivering integrated pensions solutions for sponsors and trustees.

You will build a portfolio of corporate and trustee advisory clients, work on complex transactions, and collaborate with actuarial and investment specialists to support growth and client

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CA/ACCA accountant with post-qualified experience.
• Employer covenant and/or transaction/restructuring advisory experience.
• Commercial awareness and client development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of pension trustee advisory clients and covenant assessments.
• Perform and review financial and commercial analyses for covenant assessments; coach juniors.
• Assess impact of corporate activity on employer covenant for pension schemes.
• Advise on mitigation options for covenant changes and financial support.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
