Our client, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join an existing legal team advising the Infrastructure Investments team across a broad range of debt and equity financings.

The Role

• Advising the Infrastructure Investments team
• Covering a wide range of debt and equity investments
• Advising from inception and managing external counsel during transactions

Candidate Profile

• A qualified lawyer with broad relevant experience, either from private practice or in-house
• Project finance or debt/equity financing experience preferred
• Broad exposure to infrastructure transactions
• Ability to manage external counsel throughout the transaction process
• Flexible and able to review all aspects of transactions

This role is based in the City of London with a flexible working policy in place.
