Our client, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join an existing legal team advising the Infrastructure Investments team across a broad range of Debt and Equity Financings.

The Role

• Advising the Infrastructure Investments team
• Covering a wide range of Debt and Equity Investments
• Advising from inception and managing external counsel during the transaction

Candidate Profile

• A qualified Lawyer with a broad range of relevant experience, either from Private Practice or in-house
• Project Finance or Debt / Equity Financing experience preferred
• Broad exposure to infrastructure transactions
• Ability to manage external counsel throughout the transaction process
• Flexible and able to review all aspects of transactions

This role is based in the City of London with a flexible working policy in place.
