Our client a leading global investment management firm is seeking a Legal Counsel to join an existing legal team advising the Infrastructure investments team across a broad range of Debt and Equity Financings

The Role

• Advising the Infrastructure Investments team
• Covering a wide range of Debt and Equity Investments
• Advising from inception and managing external counsel during the transaction

Candidate Profile

• A qualified Lawyer with a broad range of relevant experience either from Private Practice or in-house
• Project Finance or Debt / Equity Financing experience
• Broad exposure to infrastructure transactions
• Ability to manage external counsel throughout the transaction process
• Flexible and able to review all aspects of transactions

This role is City of London based with a flexible working policy in place
