TLT LLP is seeking a Managing Associate or Legal Director to join the Digital, Data and Commercial (DDaC) team on a hybrid basis in multiple UK locations including Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow or London.
The role focuses on commercial payments work for banks, fintechs and technology clients, including drafting and negotiating payment services, outsourcing and technology agreements, with opportunities for business development and secondments.
Qualificações
- 6+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial, technology or financial services
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
- Experience advising clients in regulated sectors such as financial services or payments
Responsabilidades
- Advise clients on commercial arrangements across the payments sector
- Draft, negotiate and manage a range of commercial agreements including payments services, outsourcing and technology contracts
- Support clients on payment-related projects, product launches and commercial initiatives
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development activities
