Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Commercial Counsel to partner with Revenue, Product and Finance in the UK/EU region. Based in London, you will negotiate cross-border agreements with customers, banks and partners, and help scale contracting processes across Europe.

You will report to the Director, Assistant General Counsel. In this role you will provide practical legal advice to the business, support the expansion of payment products and services, and collaborate with global teams

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in-house or at a reputable firm, with at least 2 years in payments/fintech
• Experience drafting and negotiating payments/fintech contracts
• Understanding of financial services laws and regulations (GDPR, AML directives, PSD2/EBA guidelines)

Responsibilities

• Negotiate strategic, cross-border agreements with customers and partners in Europe
• Provide practical legal advice to commercial and product teams
• Improve contracting templates and processes to drive scale and efficiency
• Collaborate across Legal, Regulatory and Compliance to support cross-functional priorities across time zones
