TLT LLP seeks a Managing Associate or Legal Director to join the Digital, Data and Commercial (DDaC) team in Manchester and other UK offices on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on payments, processing, merchant acquiring and related technology and commercial contracts for banks, fintechs and technology clients.

You will advise as a trusted first-tier adviser, supervise junior lawyers and contribute to growth, client training and strategic initiatives within a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 6+ PQE in commercial, tech or financial services.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.
• Experience advising regulated sectors such as financial services or payments.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients as first-tier adviser on payments matters and commercial agreements.
• Lead on strategic, commercial and regulatory matters for clients in payments.
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior lawyers; contribute to BD and thought leadership.
