Job summary

Bovis Group is looking for a Senior Cost Planner based in Greater London to lead on bids and manage all aspects of cost planning. The role involves working closely with project teams to ensure effective cost strategies and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will be responsible for mentoring team members, developing cost plans, and ensuring successful outcomes in collaboration with various stakeholders across the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction and methodology.
• Professional qualifications such as MRICS / MCIOB.
• Ability to prepare contract documentation for external parties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bidding and cost plans for projects.
• Ensure compliance with financial inputs for project cost plans.
• Challenge design teams to design within cost plan parameters.
