Job Description:

We are seeking Senior Cost Managers to join our London-based Central and Local Government Cost Management Team supporting projects across central government. Candidates must have DV Security Clearance or be willing to obtain it.

The role involves working on a Ministry of Defence project, requiring presence on a client site in Central London three days per week.

Our team manages diverse projects for public sector organizations, including listed building refurbishments, office fit-outs, and critical infrastructure.

This position is contingent upon successful security clearance, including BPSS and DV.

Security clearance involves background checks, interviews, and assessments. Failure to obtain clearance may result in withdrawal of the offer or termination of employment.

Typical duties include:

• Leading commercial delivery of projects
• Building relationships with clients and colleagues
• Managing costs and reporting
• Controlling contract changes and cash flow
• Collaborating with project teams
• Mentoring junior staff
• Negotiating final accounts

Requirements:

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• 5+ years of project experience
• Knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
