Job Description
Turner & Townsend is recruiting Security Cleared (or eligible to obtain security clearance) Senior Project Managers for our Real Estate team. This role offers the chance to lead immediate projects within a market-leading client base and grow your career with us.

This client-facing role involves working within a professional, ambitious team that provides excellent support. We have gathered our top talent to meet our client’s Project and Programme management objectives.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities include:

• Conducting background research, data collection, and benchmarking
• Establishing effective processes and systems for project use
• Producing and monitoring project plans and performance indicators
• Tracking and documenting changes
• Preparing project communication materials and reports
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and designers
• Attending meetings and drafting minutes

Additional Responsibilities:

• Preparing presentation materials for client pitches
• Inputting key information into our internal database

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Cognate qualification in construction, real estate, planning, or engineering
• Full-time availability with flexible and home working options
• Willingness and ability to travel within London, Home Counties, and South East
• Strong communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
• Self-motivated and strategic problem solver
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, and end-users
• Knowledge of CDM and site health and safety
• Able to obtain security clearance
