The firm supports large-scale projects from feasibility to post-contract reporting, with a focus on value engineering and rigorous cost controls.

Qualified MRICS professionals with a Quantity Surveying degree will guide cost management, bid production, and interface with clients and consultants at all stages.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with MRICS qualification required.
• UK cost management experience in Real Estate/Property sectors.
• Experience on large-scale projects, new builds and fit-out.
• Strong client-facing communication across project stages.

Responsabilités

• Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reports.
• Estimate and plan costs, present the final cost plan.
• Manage tendering, pre-qualification, tender list, preliminaries and analysis.
• Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and valuations.
• Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages.
• Lead cost management activities and seek value engineering opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
