Turner & Townsend is seeking Cost Managers to join the Health, Science & Education team within the London Real Estate business. These roles support Life Sciences projects and may involve healthcare, education, and science sectors.

The London Cost Management Health team delivers services across public and private sectors, including refurbishment and large healthcare developments. Turner & Townsend provides consultancy from pre-contract to handover.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare and/or education sectors preferred.
• Experience across all project stages from feasibility to completion.
• Familiarity with two-stage tendering and procurement processes.

Responsabilités

• Prepare estimates and cost plans with final cost presentation.
• Manage tendering and procurement activities including documentation and analysis.
• Oversee post-contract cost variations and change control processes.
