Job summary

Cumming Group, an international project and cost management consultancy, seeks a Senior Cost Manager to join the London office. You will provide expert-level cost consultancy, prepare budgets, cost plans and client reports, and support projects from concept design to construction completion.

You may lead a team on larger programmes, deliver procurement advice, risk and value management, and ensure compliance with health and safety and QA.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, cost management, engineering, quantity surveying or other RICS accredited degree.
• Experience delivering data centre, mission critical or advanced technology projects.
• Strong IT skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budget estimates, cost plans and client reports.
• Provide risk and value management for projects.
• Contract administration including valuations, forecasts, cost reports and meetings.
• Lead project teams and mentor staff to deliver high-quality work.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to bid and tender activity.
