Qualifications

• Assume day-to-day delivery responsibility for larger projects/programmes.
• Prepare budget estimates, cost plans and client reports.
• Provide risk and value management; contract administration.
• Lead and mentor staff to support growth and quality outputs.

• Deliver high-quality outputs on time per project requirements.
• Manage tenders, contractor selection and contract documentation.
• Develop client relationships and support business development.
• Ensure health and safety and quality assurance compliance.
