Senior Cost Manager/Project Quantity Surveyor - Construction

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company with over 22,000 employees across more than 60 countries, is seeking a Senior Cost Manager/Project Quantity Surveyor to join our Newcastle office. In this role, you will support clients in delivering projects across various sectors including Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier & Residential within the Real Estate sector in the Northeast.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivery, with aspirations to advance their career.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified; MRICS qualification (or working towards) preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in cost management within a consultancy environment
