An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager to join our expanding Newcastle office, supporting clients in delivering projects across the Real Estate sector in the Northeast, including sectors like Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier & Residential.

Minimum Requirements

1. Degree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards)
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Strong problem-solving skills
4. Demonstrable cost management experience in a consultancy
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
