Senior Cost Manager/Project Quantity Surveyor - Construction

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager to join our expanding Newcastle office, supporting clients in the Real Estate sector across the Northeast, on projects in sectors such as Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier & Residential.

This role is suited for someone with a proven track record of delivery and a desire to progress their career.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in cost management within a consultancy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
