Job summary

Turner Townsend is seeking Senior Cost Managers / Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our UK Infrastructure team. You will manage costs, contracts and change across transportation and utilities projects, delivering accurate forecasts, budgets and final accounts.

The role requires leadership of teams and strong client-facing skills in a fast-paced environment. Based in the UK, you will work on a variety of programmes, ensuring governance, value engineering and best-practice cost control across the

Qualifications

Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Establish friendly, professional relationships with clients and teams.
Administer contracts in line with objectives and policies.
Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
Monitor cost variance, cash flow, and timely applications.
Collaborate with client and contractor teams on deliverables and KPIs.
Lead contract change, governance and value engineering as needed.
Improve forecast accuracy and budgeting processes.
Support stakeholders with commercial knowledge and negotiation of final accounts.
Lead people and commissions as needed.
