The role focuses on end-to-end cost management, client interface, and delivering value through procurement, cost planning, and post-contract reporting, with leadership of a cost management team where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven cost/quantity surveying and commercial management experience.
• Experience with NEC3 contracts, particularly Option C – Target Cost.
• Experience on major infrastructure programmes and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility as Commission Manager for end-to-end service delivery on large/complex commissions.
• Serve as the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met with value-added cost management.
• Lead cost estimation, cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
• Manage post-contract cost variances, change control, and monthly cost reporting.
• Provide leadership to a cost management team and develop new business opportunities.
