Linesight is seeking a Senior Cost Manager in the United Kingdom to lead tender analysis, cost planning, and change management across major projects, ensuring client value for money.

You will mentor teams, manage project spend with valuations and cost reports, and support disputes with transparent cost data while building strong client relationships. Relocation to the United States may be required, with visa expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying qualification with 3+ years post grad experience.
• Chartered or pursuing RICS designation.
• Experience in pre-contract cost management and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Participate in tender/bid process from documentation to reporting.
• Analyze tenders to ensure client value for money.
• Prepare final accounts and handle claims for best value.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Oversee project spend with valuations and cost reports.
• Document costs clearly and communicate variations to the team.
• Support dispute settlements with transparent cost data.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to the team.
