Turner & Townsend is recruiting for a Cost Management / Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager in energy and infrastructure to join our Controls & Performance practice. You will own cost monitoring, forecasting, and governance, work across nuclear, renewables, transmission, and infrastructure projects, and provide commercial leadership to drive value. Qualifications

• Degree or HNC level qualification required.
• NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience preferred.
• Experience in cost/commercial management on energy or infrastructure projects.
• Experience on major programmes or project portfolios.
• Professional Chartership is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance and quality with client-focused outputs.
• Plan and execute work, identify value opportunities and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to maintain professional relationships.
• Communicate clearly to support productive ways of working.
• Administer and manage contracts with cost monitoring, forecasting and cashflow control.
• Work with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs and value engineering.
• Provide commercial leadership and timely final accounts agreement.
• Capture lessons learned and support knowledge management.
