Job summary

JERA Nex bp, a London-based offshore wind company, seeks a Senior Corporate Controller to oversee budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for major capex projects. You will lead cost management and deliver insights to facilitate strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates hold a finance degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, possess strong analytical abilities, and are proficient in MS Office. The role involves coordinating with SAP data and multiple stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in finance or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience; 3+ years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance oversight for large capex projects in development or construction phase.
• Lead development and implementation of an effective project cost management system.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and reporting across multiple projects; monitor actual spendings.
• Deliver high-quality cost-related insights for decision making, including variance analysis and trends.
• Ensure accruals auditing readiness and adherence to WBS and budgets.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for management, boards, banks and stakeholders.
