Job summary

RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is seeking a Senior HR Controller to join the Management Support Functions & HR Controlling team. You will drive mid-term planning, forecasting, and cost analysis for the Offshore Wind organization.

You will partner with senior management across international entities, develop reports, optimize cost allocations, and contribute to IT and HR reporting improvements. Fluent English and strong SAP/HRIS skills are essential.

Qualifications

University degree in business administration, economics or a comparable course of study with very good results.
Several years of relevant working experience in Controlling, preferably HR Controlling.
Strong knowledge of SAP HR/CO, SAP BW and IT systems used for HR reporting.
Excellent English, analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

Be the HR Controlling Business Partner for Senior Management (Directors).
Coordinate and optimize HR mid-term planning and forecasting globally.
Review and challenge planning data for budgeting and forecasts.
Create high quality management reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior management.
Develop cost controlling governance and accurate cost allocations.
