Job summary

RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is seeking a capable HR Controlling professional to join the Offshore Corporate Controlling Team in the UK. You will support senior management with financial data, planning, and HR cost analysis, ensuring transparent reporting across the HR function within the offshore organization.

The role emphasizes partnership with directors, consolidation of data for quarterly reports, and driving cost efficiency through process improvements and IT tool optimization.

Qualifications

• University degree with strong academic record in business administration, economics or similar subject.
• Experience in the energy sector and in Controlling especially HR controlling with knowledge about HR reporting.
• Excellent team player and willingness to work in a motivating team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist as a Business Partner for RWE Offshore Directors on Controlling, especially HR Controlling.
• Maintain and report on the position plan and FTE developments.
• Consolidate and analyse data including commentary for quarterly reporting and planning.
• Support in creating high quality management reports and ad-hoc analysis for senior management.
• Support mid-term planning processes and optimize IT applications (PAP Tool, Query design).
• Interface with stakeholders in controlling, HR and the business.
• Assist in projects regarding optimization and cost efficiencies in Controlling.
