Job summary

VSL UK, part of Bouygues Construction Group, seeks a Senior Cost Controller / Finance Manager to oversee financial management and cost control across its UK project portfolio. Based in London, you will work with Project Directors, Commercial Managers and QS teams to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial governance.

The role requires extensive experience in construction finance, advanced SAP capabilities, and the ability to manage reporting across multiple projects, driving profitability

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in project finance and cost control within construction/infrastructure.
• Strong SAP FI/CO experience and financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost control and financial management across UK project portfolio.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting for multiple projects.
• Consolidate project financial information and provide clear UK-level reporting.
• Develop EAC, cash flow forecasts and cost control processes.
• Support project teams with cost visibility and financial discipline.
