Job summary

Mace is seeking a senior cost management professional to lead cost planning, procurement, and KPI achievement across projects in London, Birmingham and Winchester. The role supports net zero transitions and ethical operations within a hybrid work setup.

You will mentor teams, drive feasibility studies, contract strategies, and manage estimating and valuations, reporting financials to stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or cost management.
• MRICS/RICS or equivalent membership, progressing toward fellowship.
• Proven consulting experience with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Expertise in value engineering, sustainability, and stakeholder management within diverse teams.
