JLL in London is seeking a Cost & Commercial Analyst to drive commercial excellence and cost optimisation across the RLAM portfolio. You will ensure value for money while upholding service standards and optimize contracts for peak efficiency.

The role requires managing supplier relationships, cost analysis, and compliance with procurement regulations, reporting on cost performance, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities within the TSM and SSM teams.

Qualificações

• 7+ years experience in commercial property cost management or procurement.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and commercial improvements.
• Ability to communicate commercial topics to non-commercial stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist commercial advice and cost optimisation strategies.
• Ensure procurement regulations and best practices are followed.
• Manage supplier relationships and cost performance monitoring.
• Lead commercial analysis for the portfolio at building level.
