Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Cost & Commercial Assurance team within UK Infrastructure, working across Bristol, Cardiff and Plymouth. You will review actual incurred cost, drive supply chain improvement and deliver assurance commissions for major programmes and projects.

The role requires experience in construction assurance, contract administration and data analysis, with a focus on governance, risk and value optimisation.

Qualifications

• Undertake assurance reviews across major construction projects and programmes.
• Analyse complex contracts including NEC3/4 and ICE Bespoke.
• Produce written findings and client-facing reports.
• Lead junior colleagues and contribute to bids and business development.
• Engage with the supply chain to drive collaboration and governance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Cost and Commercial Assurance commissions for clients.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Refine service line through training and product management.
• Assess client commercial controls and contract administration.
