Job summary

The role offers flexible full-time/part-time options with a strong emphasis on advisory leadership, restructuring, and tax planning for owner-managed businesses and shareholders.

Qualifications

• CTA and/or ACA qualified with significant corporate tax advisory experience.
• Proven track record managing complex client portfolios.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing staff.
• Commercial acumen with strong client relationship management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services.
• Manage a substantial portfolio of corporate clients and relationships.
• Provide strategic tax planning for owner-managed businesses and shareholders.
• Oversee advisory projects including restructuring, succession planning, and transactions.
• Support Partners on high-level technical and client matters.
• Mentor junior team members and identify business development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC and professional standards.
