You will mentor junior staff, work with Partners, and oversee deadlines and budgets while maintaining HMRC compliance and high professional standards. Flexible full-time/part-time arrangements are considered.

Qualifications

• CTA and/or ACA qualification with significant corporate tax advisory experience.
• Strong technical expertise within an accountancy practice environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and advisory projects.
• Experience mentoring and developing staff in a tax team.
• Commercially aware with strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Our client is renowned for delivering outstanding advisory services and fostering a professional, collaborative, and supportive working culture. Based in a modern, well-equipped office, they are looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their growing Tax team.

The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax professional to play a key leadership role within a highly regarded practice. The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading complex corporate tax compliance and advisory projects, whilst supporting the continued growth and development of the firm’s tax offering across Kent and the wider South East.

You will work closely with Partners and senior leadership, acting as a trusted adviser to a broad portfolio of owner managed businesses, groups, and high-net-worth individuals. Advisory projects will include corporate restructuring, exit and succession planning, shareholder tax planning, transactions, and inheritance tax matters.

This position will also involve managing and developing junior members of the tax team, supporting the strategic direction of the department, and identifying opportunities to further enhance client relationships and service offerings. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.

Requirements

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• £65,000 – £85,000+ dependent on experience and background (negotiable)
