A recognised, top Legal 500 law firm in Central London is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join its expanding team. You will lead high-value corporate transactions, offer expert advice on M&A and real estate-related corporate matters, and cultivate client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years PQE in corporate law.
• Experience leading complex transactions end-to-end, including due diligence and drafting.
• Strong advisory experience on M&A, shareholder agreements, restructurings and general company law.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex corporate transactions independently from instruction through to completion.
• Deliver technical advice across corporate matters including M&A and restructurings.
• Apply corporate expertise to real estate-driven transactions and joint ventures.
• Develop new business by networking, pitching to clients and cross-referrals.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and provide proactive updates.
• Mentor junior solicitors and supervise work as a desirable leadership element.
