Ll Jnorth, a well‑established Central London law firm, seeks an experienced Corporate Solicitor 5+ PQE to join its growing team. You will manage a broad corporate workload, lead transactions from instruction to completion, and advise SME owners and entrepreneurs.

The role includes handling M&A work, shareholder arrangements, and restructurings with a real estate tilt, plus mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ PQE in corporate work.
• Experience handling M&A, shareholder arrangements, and restructurings.
• Ability to lead a high‑quality corporate workload with real estate focus.
• Experience mentoring team members and participating in BD programmes.

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor 5+ PQE to join an established team

The work will involve handling a broad ranging corporate workload; leading transactions from instruction to completion, advising SME's entrepreneurs and owner managed businesses

The post-holder will be expected to handle M & A work, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructurings and more general company law advisory work particularly in real estate

The role will also involve managing and mentoring team members and participating in business development programmes

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a qualified solicitor with 5 + PQE of relevant corporate experience gained working for a leading law firm

You will be looking to handle a high quality and varied corporate workload in a role offering a significant level of responsibility
