Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate transactional law.
• Expertise in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and joint venture matters.
• Experience at reputable regional, national or international law firms.
• Strong commercial and strategic advisory skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex corporate transactions and client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers; proactive in career progression.
• Committed to delivering exceptional client service in a leading firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures
• Lead complex matters for private equity investors, entrepreneurs and high-growth businesses
• Support clients throughout the full business lifecycle, from investment through to exit
• Build and develop long-term client relationships while delivering commercially focused advice
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers within a collaborative and supportive environment
• Contribute to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the Corporate practice
• Play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services across a diverse range of sectors
