eNL is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with 6+ PQE to join the South Wales team. You will handle a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, investments and joint ventures, while developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of the practice.

The successful candidate will have sound technical knowledge across corporate transactional work, strong commercial awareness and the communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years' PQE in corporate transactional work.
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions, private equity, investments and joint ventures.
• Strong client relationship management and business development.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to deliver commercially focused advice.
