We seek a Corporate Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join as a Partner, driving business development and client relationships while maintaining autonomy over matters and fee arrangements. The role suits ambitious lawyers aiming to grow a personal practice within a flexible, modern setup.

Qualifications

• 4 years' PQE in corporate law required.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills essential.
• Ability to generate work through existing contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and focused on growing a client following.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
