Job summary

Origin Legal in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join the team as a Senior Associate, working closely with three Partners and helping to lead a team of Associates. The successful candidate will manage transactions, maintain client relationships and mentor junior lawyers, while progressing within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' PQE in Corporate law.
• Proven experience handling a broad range of corporate transactions.
• Comfortable running matters with appropriate Partner support.
• Strong client management and business development skills.
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Commercially minded with excellent technical ability.
