Job summary

Origin Legal in the Midlands and South of England is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor at Senior Associate level to join the team at the heart of the Corporate practice. You will work closely with three Corporate Partners and help lead a team of Corporate Associates, taking significant responsibility and high client exposure.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years PQE in corporate law, proven experience across a broad range of transactions, and a commercially minded approach.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Proven experience handling a broad range of corporate transactions.
• Comfortable running matters with partner support.
• Strong client management and business development skills.
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Commercially minded with excellent technical ability.
