Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Social Media Lead to shape and own the corporate social media strategy across major channels, driving reputation, engagement and influence. You will lead a team of managers, analysts and specialists, partnering with platforms and agencies to deliver impactful social campaigns.

This leadership role requires deep expertise in channel strategy, data-driven decision-making, and a governance mindset to balance creativity with risk.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading corporate social media within a large, regulated organisation.
• Strong creative judgement with a track record of innovative social approaches.
• Experience launching, scaling and evolving social channels and capabilities.
• Strong data and insight capability to shape strategy and demonstrate impact.
• Understanding of discoverability across platforms, search and AI experiences.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to build high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Sound judgement balancing creativity with governance and risk.
• Curious mindset with proven experience of responsibly using AI to drive efficiency.

• Set and deliver a social media strategy aligned to Group priorities and Accelerate 2030 ambitions.
• Lead corporate social presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram to drive reputation and growth.
• Define channel strategies; stay ahead of platform and technology trends.
• Oversee editorial planning and creative direction for social-first campaigns.
• Use audience insight and performance data to continuously improve content and outcomes.
• Build relationships with platforms, agencies and industry partners to bring innovation.
• Own social governance, monitoring and crisis communications to protect the Group’s reputation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while building future capability.
