Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Social Media Lead to shape our corporate social presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. You’ll lead a team of managers, analysts and specialists to grow engagement, strengthen reputation and ensure the Group remains relevant and influential.

You'll report to the Head of Digital, Social and Creative Studio, driving governance, strategy and high-quality social content for our external communications.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading corporate social media in a large organisation, ideally regulated.
• Strong creative judgement and track record of innovative social approaches.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver a social media strategy aligned with Group priorities and Accelerate 2030 ambitions.
• Lead corporate presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram to drive reputation and engagement.
• Define channel strategies and stay ahead of audience, platform and tech trends.
• Lead editorial planning and creative direction for social-first content and campaigns.
• Use audience insight and performance data to continually improve content and outcomes.
• Build relationships with platforms, agencies and industry partners to bring innovation.
• Own social governance, monitoring, crisis communications, protecting the Group’s reputation.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team across Digital, Social and Creative Studio.
