Seek an existing Partner with 10+ pqe in Corporate law, strong M&A, disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures, and experience in mentoring junior staff, plus supervisory experience from a London or regional firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A.
• Established client following portable to new role.
• Experience in training and mentoring junior staff; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the Corporate team and M&A practice.
• Manage key client relationships and complex transactions.
• Mentor junior lawyers and supervise junior staff.
