Job summary

Fusion Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join our Bishopsgate-based team. The role offers a clear path to partnership and involves leading a small team while handling corporate M&A and general corporate matters.

You will manage own files with minimal supervision, supervise junior lawyers, and advise clients on complex commercial terms, risk, and strategy across sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PQE with partnership track record
• Experience advising on corporate and commercial matters across sectors
• Ability to run own files with minimal supervision and mentor juniors

Responsibilities

• Run share and asset sales end to end (SPA drafting, due diligence, completion)
• Draft/shareholders' agreements, joint ventures, and commercial contracts
• Provide clear, commercial advice on terms and risk to clients
• Supervise junior solicitors and paralegals and delegate work
• Lead negotiations and project management for corporate matters
• Develop client/referral relationships and participate in business development
