Fusion Consulting Group in London’s Moorgate is recruiting a Senior Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with 10+ years PQE for a hybrid role based in our City of London office. You will handle high‑level corporate restructuring, M&A, and cross‑border deals while working closely with tax and advisory teams.

The role offers a clear path to partnership, autonomy to run own files, and the chance to shape a growing practice within Fusion Law, a regulated firm delivering business‑critical legal services.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' PQE with a strong corporate M&A and restructuring track record.
• Ability to run own files with minimal supervision and guide junior lawyers.
• Experience in advisory and transactional corporate work; not a contentious firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate restructuring and M&A work, including share/asset sales and purchases.
• Draft and negotiate SPAs and ancillary documents; oversee due diligence.
• Supervise and delegate to junior lawyers and paralegals.
• Advise clients on terms, risk, and commercial strategy.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
