Title: Senior Corporate Finance Manager

Location: London (hybrid working)

Our client, a leading PE backed $500m+ turnover Business Services group with operations across 70 countries and six continents, is seeking a commercially astute and strategically focused Senior Corporate Finance Manager to join their high-performing global finance team, based in London. This is a critical role that will work closely with senior leadership and the Group CFO to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage group-wide financial modelling, forecasting, and valuation activities to support strategic initiatives, M&A, and capital investment decisions.
Partner with corporate development teams on due diligence, integration, and post-deal performance tracking for M&A projects.
Own the Group’s long-term financial planning model, ensuring alignment with operational budgets and strategic objectives.
Analyse business performance across regions and service lines, identifying trends and providing insights to Executive Management.
Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for the Board and external stakeholders including banks, investors, and potential partners.
Oversee covenant compliance and capital structure analysis, working closely with Treasury and external advisors.
Lead key transformation and cost-optimisation projects with cross-functional teams, acting as the finance lead.
Monitor market trends and competitor performance to benchmark and inform group strategy.
Maintain and enhance internal financial controls and processes related to corporate finance and planning.

Requirements:

Degree educated with ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) professional accounting qualification.
Significant experience (8+ years) in corporate finance, FP&A, or transaction services, ideally within a global, matrixed environment.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; advanced Excel essential.
Experience supporting M&A transactions from a finance perspective.
Technically sound with solid understanding of IFRS and global finance operations.
Commercially driven, able to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
