Job summary

Pearse Partners Ltd, a PE-backed professional services business, is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Corporate Development team in London. You will lead M&A opportunities from initial assessment through to execution, working closely with senior leadership and the PE sponsor to identify and evaluate acquisitions and shape growth strategy.

The role requires strong M&A execution, financial modelling and due diligence; you will build investment cases, valuation analyses and manage transaction

I'm working with a PE-backed professional services business looking to hire a Senior Manager into its Corporate Development team in London.

The business is pursuing an ambitious m&a strategy, and this individual will work closely with senior leadership and the PE sponsor to identify, evaluate and execute acquisitions while helping shape the wider growth strategy.

The role will involve:

• Leading M&A opportunities from initial assessment through to execution
• Assessing new markets, sectors and acquisition opportunities
• Building investment cases, valuation analysis and financial models
• Managing due diligence and transaction workstreams
• Working closely with the PE sponsor, management team and external advisers
• Supporting broader strategic and growth initiatives across the group
• Corporate Development professionals from acquisitive or PE-backed businesses
• PE investment professionals looking to transition into an operating / Corporate Development role
• Strong Investment Banking candidates will also be considered (within services)
• Strong M&A execution, commercial judgement and financial modelling skills
• Experience across Business Services, Financial Services or other people-led / professional services sectors is highly desirable
